Detroit Renaissance Center Recreated in Minecraft

Like most other landmarks around the world, someone has painstakingly taken the time to build the Detroit Renaissance Center in the planet’s-most-popular-game Minecraft.

For those who don’t know, this kind of structure would take a ridiculous amount of time to build as the player can only place one block at a time, plus even in creative mode (where they have access to everything the game has to offer by just pulling up a menu), the materials are rather limited to work with.

The fact that YouTuber TheDeathShadow666 was able to create such an excellent likeness of the actual buildings is astonishing. View the video below then head to Detroit (making sure to bundle in a Michigan D Color Block hoodie, of course – it’s cold out there) and check out the Detroit Renaissance Center yourself to see just how accurate this recreation is.
